2. Diploma in General Agriculture
This is a two-year programme offered on full time basis only. The programme is conducted on a hands-on basis with 40% theory and 60% practical. Before graduating each student is required to undertake several projects in Crops, Livestock and fruit tree management.
Each student is required to undertake a mandatory 8 weeks’ field/industrial attachment programme before graduating.
This is a three-year programme offered on full time basis. The programme is conducted on a 50% theory and 50% practical basis.
Before graduating each student is required to undertake several projects in Crops, Livestock and fruit tree management.
Each student is required to undertake a mandatory 8 weeks’ field/industrial attachment programme before graduating.
This is a three-year programme offered on distance learning basis. The programme is conducted on a 50% theory and 50% practical basis. Students spend 6 weeks on campus for their residential and the rest of the period are on self-study basis. The residential period is for contact with trainers, writing of continuous assessment tests and writing of examinations.
